1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Diovault (operated by Lexinteli LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Diovault is an AI-powered compliance autopilot that helps organizations answer vendor questionnaires, RFPs, DDQs, and compliance assessments. The platform includes the Knowledge Vault™ for document management, the Auto-Fill Engine for AI-generated draft answers, Truth-Anchor™ source verification, compliance framework assessments, and team collaboration features.
3. AI-Generated Content
Diovault generates draft responses using Google Gemini AI technology. These drafts are suggestions grounded in your uploaded documentation and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated content.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to Diovault. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Starter: $499/mo, Growth: $999/mo, Enterprise: custom. AI answer generation is subject to plan quotas. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Diovault to: violate any law, upload malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell the service without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexinteli LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
