Lexinteli LLC (“Diovault”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at diovault.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and content you upload to the platform (documents, questionnaire responses). We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Diovault platform, generate AI-powered questionnaire responses using Google Gemini, communicate service updates, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. AI Processing
Diovault uses Google Gemini to process your documents and generate questionnaire answers. Your vault documents are processed within our secure infrastructure. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
5. Data Security
We implement security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security (RLS) for tenant isolation, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging. Our database is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Upon account deletion, all your documents and generated content are permanently removed within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact privacy@diovault.com.
8. AI Answer Quotas
AI answer generation is subject to plan-based quotas. Starter plans include 500 answers/month, Growth plans include 5,000, and Enterprise plans include unlimited answers.
