What counts as an ‘AI Answer’?
Each time our AI generates an answer to a questionnaire question, that’s one AI answer. Editing, approving, or exporting answers does not consume your allocation.
What counts as a ‘Questionnaire’?
Each time you import a new questionnaire document (upload or paste), that’s one questionnaire. Questions within it consume your AI Answer quota when auto-filled.
How are Team Seats counted?
Starter includes 2 seats, Professional includes 5. Business and Enterprise include unlimited seats. Each active user in your organization counts as one seat.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term lock-in. Monthly plans cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans can be cancelled at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — save approximately 25% with annual billing versus monthly pricing.
What if I need more AI answers or questionnaires?
Upgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard — changes take effect immediately. Business plan includes unlimited answers and unlimited questionnaires.
Which plans include the Compliance Hub?
Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans include the Compliance Hub with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR frameworks. Starter includes the Auto-Fill Engine but not compliance assessments.
Which plans include API access?
Business and Enterprise plans include full REST API access with Zapier and Make.com connectors. Starter and Professional plans do not include API access.
